CNF funded and operates the Clare Nsenga Health Centre, expanded in 2018 to a Level-III facility with a maternity ward, laboratory, and staff housing. The clinic provides about 1,500 patient visits a month, has delivered more than 400 infants at no cost since January 2020, and has distributed over 1,000 insecticide-treated bed nets since 2006.

Donations fund school supplies and uniforms, secondary school tuition for orphans, a community health worker, insecticide-treated bed nets, vital clinic medications, and small business support such as sewing and knitting programs for young women.

Bernadette Kazibwe serves as President from our North America office, Pius Bigirimana is our Country Director in Uganda, and Dr. Kevin Dieckhaus has served as Medical Director since 2005, supported by a seven-member Management Committee in Uganda.
